What we collect, why, who sees it, and how to reach us about it.

Last updated August 27, 2026.

What we collect

  • What you give us to make and run your ad: your name, business name, email, phone, the answers to our four questions, the images and words for your ad, the address people should go to, your budget, and — for licensed trades — your license number.
  • Payment details go to our payment processor, Stripe. We see the last four digits of your card and the amounts; we never see or store the full number.
  • Ad results from Meta: how many people saw the ad, clicked, and where. Meta reports these in totals, not as individuals.
  • Ordinary website data when you visit admakerlab.com: pages viewed, browser type, approximate location from your IP address.

Why we use it

To write, design, review, place, and report on your ads; to bill you and refund you; to answer your questions; to keep records of what ran and why (we keep a review log for every ad); and to run and improve the service. We don't sell your information and we don't use your ad content to advertise anyone else's business.

Who sees it

  • Meta — to run the ad. Meta receives the ad itself, the audience settings, and, when you use a page we host for your ad, measurement data from that page. Meta's use of that data is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe — payments. Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • The companies that host our website, email, and files. They store data for us and are not permitted to use it for anything else.
  • Anyone, if the law requires it — a court order, a regulator's lawful request — and anyone who needs to see it to enforce our terms or protect someone's safety.

Your ad itself is public: it appears on Facebook and Instagram and in Meta's Ad Library while it runs, with Admaker Lab named as the advertiser and your business identified as the one behind it.

Pages we host for your ad

When your ad points to a page we host (on admkr.la), that page uses Meta's measurement tools — the Meta Pixel and Conversions API — so we can tell you whether the ad worked. Those tools set cookies and send visit data to Meta. Visitors can limit this through their browser and through Meta's ad settings.

Cookies on admakerlab.com

We use the cookies needed to run the site and a privacy-respecting analytics tool to count visits. We don't run advertising cookies on our own site.

Keeping it, and your choices

We keep your account, ad, and review records for as long as you're a customer and for seven years after, because tax and advertising rules can ask us to show what ran. You can ask us any time to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete what we're not required to keep. Write to info@admakerlab.com.

The service is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
